When I use Bom DELS in admin right in my domain all works good, but when I want to run it in a user access right in my local network, it gives me a runtime error. What is the problem and how can I fix that?

Some applications require a certain security level in order to run properly. Depending on the installation mode and the rights provided through Domain, launching through a local user account might not be possible. Always consult the installation mode and the FAQ to see exactly how the software has to be launched. I have tried obtaining this information for you, but it's not possible since the software isn't active/developed any more or it's available for companies in which case you should contact the local IT developer.
